Rob has over 25 years’ experience in Pre-Hospital Care, with over 20 years in NHS Management, latterly as acting Head of Education with responsibility over education provision and development of over 3000 staff.
Education design and process management with robust and transparent Competency Assurance Design.
Holds joint responsibility with David Halliwell in the day to day running of MDT, jointly responsible for all aspects of the company Portfolios.

Ian Thompson

Internal Sales and Business Development

Ian has spent the last 13 years working for a leading Healthcare company providing emergency medical devices, pharmaceuticals and medical gases into the NHS and a number of sporting and corporate organisations.

Ian will be working with new and existing clients advising on the latest technology the company is developing, ensuring they are benefiting from the most advanced educational and training facilities and equipment available.

Phil Ballett MSc, BSc, Cert Ed, Paramedic

Part Time Technical Services

Simulation Development & Technical Sales Lead

Phil is a HCPC registered Paramedic previously employed by one of the largest UK NHS ambulance services for nearly 18 years. He previously held the role of Clinical Tutor delivering all clinical education but also key programmes to university students, the UKSF and UK Military through partnership working.
Phil holds a BSc (hons) in Emergency & Urgent Care and also a MSc in Healthcare Manual Handling Management,
A PHTLS instructor and has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management, NHS Leadership Academy’s Mary Seacole Programme.
Phil is trustee of the Dai Rees Foundation (DRF) which seeks to provide medical equipment through donations, remote first aid training and life saving skills to remote socially and economically deprived communities, alongwith in house training for affiliated companies supporting the charity.

Jane Clark

Administration - Verwood Office

Jane looks after the Verwood office assisting with enquiries, she also supports with the logistics of planning exhibitions and travel arrangements for the team. In her spare time Jane likes to travel and enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dogs in the New Forest.
